Cutting & Drilling
Once quality assured and approved shot blasted steel is prepared and transferred via our on site material handling system to the KALTENBACH KBS 1001 saw & KD 1015 drill line. We have a well established team of staff working around the clock to ensure that you get what you want when you want it.
The team have worked within specialised cutting and drilling and have a wealth of knowledge to ensure precision and accuracy at all times.
Shot Blasting
With GIETART GW15004 state of the art machine on site we conduct our own shot blasting using only top grade structural steel. Ensuring each and every order is tailored to your individual requirements.
Taking the time to get it right is a crucial aspect of our work and has strengthened our reputation as a reliable UK business. Every piece of steel is quality assured by management prior to cutting and drilling to ensure each and every piece of your build is tested and quality assured prior to fabrication.
Fabricating, Welding & Painting
On site we have a team of Platers where the steel is all prepared, fabricated and checked prior to welding. All our platers and welders are BS EN ISO 9601-1 Coded All staff are fully qualified and apprentice trained having years of skill and knowledge.
Having a raw product prepared at each stage using the latest technology, machinery and skilled workers means your order is dealt with at each stage by a team that can deliver with precision to your specifications. We operate a full CE marking system up to execution class 3.
We also provide a primer painting service, working to customers individual needs.
